We specialize in measuring the electromagnetic field emitted by RF industrial devices, in particular dielectric welders and sealers used to process thermoplastic materials. We can identify the risks associated with the operation of RF industrial devices that generate an electromagnetic field.

Based on tests and measurements, we can determine the ranges of protection zones for machines: intermediary, imminent and dangerous in the area where employees are present.

Thanks to our experience, we can also designate methods of effective shielding of devices that emitting electromagnetic field so that the use of the machine is safe.

Measurements are made with a professional Narda NBM-550 meter with measuring probes EF-0392, HF-3061, HF-0191.
Our measurement set is regularly calibrated in an accredited calibration laboratory.

Employers are required to undertake comprehensive activities aimed at identifying radiation sources and determining the characteristics of the electromagnetic fields they generate. For health and safety at work place, it is also necessary to carry out a significance assessment and take measures to limit the electromagnetic field emitted by RF machines. In particular, employers are obliged to ensure the overall safety of employees.

Any installation of a new high frequency (RF) electromagnetic field emitting machine should be completed with measurements by an accredited laboratory, and the measurement report should be kept for inspection.

Changes made to the installation of the machine (e.g., change of location) may result in changes in the radiation and the extent of the protection zones. Therefore, each change in the installation should also end with an electromagnetic field test. Our laboratory can determine the risks arising from the operation of industrial devices in which high-frequency electromagnetic field technologies are used.

Based on tests and measurements, we can determine the ranges of protection zones. Thanks to our experience, we can also define methods of effective shielding of devices emitting electromagnetic fields to ensure the safety of employees.
